I guess every photographer will be pointing their lens at tonight’s super moon. This is the closest the moon will be for some time and so has been billed as an iconic event.
Photographing the moon has never been a real favourite of mine but I couldn’t let this one slip by unchallenged.
There were clouds on the horizon and the moon was well into the heavens by the time it became visible. This meant that it had also lost some of its magnificence.
These are my contribution to what will be the most posted subject on the net tonight.
